How we handle the information you send through the quote request form on sprungfloorinstaller.com.
What we collect
When you submit the quote request form we collect only what you type into it:
- Your name, organisation or studio name, email address and phone number
- Your suburb or location, which we use to calculate travel and freight
- Details about your project: project type, room dimensions, number of rooms, existing floor condition, floor level, installation preference, surface finish, vinyl type, laying method, timeline and indicative budget
- Anything you write in the additional details box
- Any floor plans or photographs you choose to attach
Our server also records the date and time of your submission, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. These are kept to identify and block automated spam.
Why we collect it
To prepare and send you an itemised quote, and to contact you about that enquiry. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
Where it goes
Your submission is stored on this website's own hosting and emailed to our sales inbox at sales@monart.com.au. Stored enquiries and any files you attach are not publicly accessible — they sit behind server rules that block web access to them.
The form does not use a third-party form service, so your enquiry is not passed to an external processor when you submit it.
Fonts and third parties
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch those font files, which means Google receives your IP address as part of that request. The site does not run advertising trackers or social media pixels.
How long we keep it
We keep quote enquiries for as long as we need them for the quote, any resulting project, and our business records. [Confirm the retention period before publishing.]
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@monart.com.au or call 02 9417 3000.

If we change how the form handles your information we will update this page.
